Managing assessments and evaluation of integrated approaches of varying potential and abilities to treat individuals suffering from psychological distress and mental illness
Provide psychological treatment with psychotherapy and interpretation of psychological assessment and testing
Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality consultation session

Masters or PhD degree in Clinical, Guidance and Counseling, or Social Work
Licensed/Registered Psychologist or Guidance Counsellor (RPsy or RGC)
Have completed at least three (3) years client/patient facing clinical experience after Bachelor's degree graduation (inclusive of supervised practice completed as part of training) during which they provided 1:1 care, and designed and delivered group-based interventions.
Excellent interactive training skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Should be willing to accept on-site assignments and be available for a flexible, shifting schedule.

Analyze and evaluate patient data and test or examination findings to diagnose nature and extent of mental disorder.
Prescribe, direct, or administer psychotherapeutic treatments or medications to treat mental, emotional or behavioral disorders.
Gather and maintain patient information and records, including social or medical history obtained from patients, relatives, or other professionals.
Record patient medical history.
Design individualized care plans, using a variety of treatments.
Develop medical treatment plans.
Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, clients, coaches, coordinators or other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress.
Examine or conduct laboratory or diagnostic tests on patients to provide information on general physical condition or mental disorder.
Examine patients to assess general physical and mental condition.

Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited medical school.
Licensed Physician in the Philippines (Must have passed the Philippine Medical Licensure Exam).
Completed residency training in Psychiatry from a PPA-recognized institution.
Board-certified psychiatrist (Passed the Philippine Board of Psychiatry exam).
Strong clinical experience in mental health care, including patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.

Conduct regular individual wellness coaching sessions (under a Psycholgist's supervision) for project team members of client company whether virtually or onsite. Session schedules will cater to 24x7 operations of client, so work schedules will vary.
Evaluates patients’ psychological needs and accommodate them accordingly.
Address mental/wellbeing concerns of clients.
Provide individual, group sessions, talks and trainings for clients regarding their wellbeing.
24/7 Chat Support
Design individualized care plans, using a variety of treatments.
Administration, scoring, and interpretation of psychological tests
This is a full-time, project-based position.

Minimum 1 year work experience must be clinical, can provide certificate of employment or practicum
Licensure in Psychometrics is required.
Adaptable to varying work schedules, including night shift, weekends and holidays.
Proficient in the use of technology and software such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Good business communication skills.
